How do I book a bounce house or party rental in Waco?

Booking with Waco Bounce House Rentals is simple. Browse the full inventory at order-by-date, pick your items, enter your event address, and pay the deposit to lock in your date. How far in advance should I book?

Book as early as you can. Spring and summer weekends — especially May through August — fill up fast across the Waco area. Popular dates can book out weeks or even months ahead. The sooner you reserve, the more inventory choices you have. Use the reservation calendar to check what is still available on your date.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. All orders require a 30% deposit by credit or debit card at booking. That deposit is deducted from your total balance. It is fully refundable if you cancel 14 days or more before your rental date. Cancel within 14 days and the deposit converts to a raincheck good for one year.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash or credit card. If you are paying by cash, please have the exact amount ready — our drivers do not carry change.

What is included in the rental price?

Every rental includes delivery, professional setup, and full takedown. Waco Bounce House Rentals handles all the heavy lifting so you can focus on your guests. Prices shown on each product page are base rates. Pricing may vary for extended durations, peak dates, further delivery distances, or specific setup surfaces. Taxes are not included.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Any delivery charges based on your distance from our service area are calculated at checkout so you see the full picture before you pay. If your setup location requires a generator, that is an add-on you will see clearly at booking. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

How long is the rental period?

Standard inflatables — bounce houses, combo bouncers, water slides, and obstacle courses — are rented for the duration of your event window. Carnival and mechanical rides include a 2-hour base rental; additional hours are available at $250 per hour, added automatically when you select your event window at booking.

Is there a delivery fee for cities outside Waco?

Yes. Waco Bounce House Rentals delivers throughout Central Texas, and delivery fees for cities outside the immediate Waco area are based on mileage from downtown Waco for two trips — one to drop off and one to pick up. Delivery, Setup & Power

When do you arrive to set up?

Waco Bounce House Rentals typically arrives 1 to 3 hours before your rental time begins. On busier days with multiple deliveries, setup may start as early as 4 hours before your event — or even the evening before. If that happens, we will always call ahead to confirm someone will be at the location. Pickup is no later than 8 PM, though same-day late pickup carries an additional fee.

What surfaces can you set up on?

We set up on grass (our favorite — best for kids and easiest to stake), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on loose rocks or gravel because the constant rubbing damages the vinyl. Need a concrete setup? Let us know in advance so we can bring sandbags instead of stakes.

What are the power requirements for inflatables?

Every inflatable requires a blower that keeps it inflated throughout the entire rental. You need an electrical outlet within 75 feet of the setup spot. If your outlet is farther away, you can use a 10-gauge extension cord up to 125 feet — the homeowner is responsible for providing that cord. If no power is available, we rent generators at a reasonable cost.

Do parks have electricity for bounce houses?

Many parks in the Waco area do not have accessible power outlets. If you are planning a park event, you may need to add a generator rental to your order. Most parks also operate on a first-come, first-served basis for reserving space — secure your spot early in the day. Pickup is no later than 8 PM; same-day late pickup carries an additional fee.

How big are the inflatables? Will one fit in my backyard?

Our inflatables start at 14 x 14 feet and get much larger from there. Every product page lists exact dimensions including the space needed for stakes and blowers — always check those before booking. The unit cannot rub against walls, fences, or trees. Some larger items weigh up to 650 pounds and need at least a 4-foot-wide access path to the setup area. Are your bounce houses and inflatables clean?

What are the safety rules for using inflatables?

Safety is the top priority at every Waco Bounce House Rentals event. The core rules every operator must follow:

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Remove shoes and sharp objects before entering.
• No food, drinks, or pets inside the inflatable.
• Do not spray water on dry units — they become dangerously slippery.
• Unplug the blower if winds exceed 15 mph or lightning is present.
• Do not turn the blower on and off repeatedly.
• No flipping, pushing, or rough play inside the unit.
• Smaller children should not share a unit with much older or heavier participants.
• Never bounce on a partially inflated unit.

Are your carnival rides inspected?

Yes. All carnival and mechanical rides operated by Waco Bounce House Rentals are inspected annually under the Texas Department of Insurance Amusement Ride Safety Inspection and Insurance Act. Every ride is built from commercial-grade, fire-retardant vinyl and is cleaned and sanitized between every rental.

Can I see a copy of the safety rules and contract?

Yes. Once you complete your booking, the rental agreement and safety rules are linked directly in your confirmation receipt. You can also call (254) 870-8078 and we will send them over. You will be asked to sign and initial on all safety rules at delivery — this makes you the trained operator for your event.

Equipment & Damage

Do we have to keep the blower plugged in the whole time?

Yes. The blower is what keeps the inflatable inflated — the moment it is unplugged, the unit deflates. Never turn it on and off repeatedly. The only time you should unplug the blower is during high winds (15 mph or more) or lightning. Once conditions clear, plug it back in and let it fully reinflate before allowing anyone back inside.

Are we responsible if the inflatable gets damaged?

Normal wear and tear is on us — that is expected with heavily used equipment. If a seam develops a small tear from high traffic over time, alert us right away so we can address it. You are responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the safety rules. Examples include not turning off the blower in high winds, allowing sharp objects inside the unit, or negligence during use. Replacement costs can run into the thousands, which is exactly why we walk through the safety rules in detail at every delivery.

What if something goes wrong during my rental?

Call us immediately at (254) 870-8078. We are available 9 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week, and we prioritize calls from customers with active rentals. Most issues can be resolved quickly by phone. If something needs an on-site visit, we will dispatch someone to your location.

Cancellations, Rainchecks & Weather

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 14 days or more before your rental date and you receive a full refund of all payments made — including your deposit. Cancel within 14 days and all payments convert to a raincheck that is good for one full year from the date it is issued. Rainchecks are tracked in our system and can be applied to any future rental.

What if it rains on the day of my event?

Texas weather is unpredictable, and Waco Bounce House Rentals gets it. If rain or severe weather forces your cancellation, all payments beyond your initial non-refundable deposit convert to a raincheck good for one full year. That credit applies to any future rental. What if I need to cancel for a reason other than weather?

Same policy applies. Cancel 14 or more days out and you get a full refund. Cancel inside 14 days for any reason and the payments become a one-year raincheck. If plans shift, call us early — the more notice you give, the more we can do to help.
